STORM WATER POLLUTION - POROUS ASPHALT PAVEMENTS - THE GREEN SOLUTION

Many commercial interests and local governments are turning to porous asphalt pavements to help reduce pollution from storm water runoff. Impervious pavement surfaces (both concrete and asphalt) on parking lots, suburban roadways and driveways do not provide sufficient protection to receiving streams during rain events.
